About Us

IBAS is an independent ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) service, specialising in disputes between licensed gambling businesses and their customers. We have been providing this service to consumers and businesses since 1998.

Our role is to provide independent review of consumer gambling disputes which cannot be resolved between the business and consumer directly.

Our service is free for consumers and decisions are made by gambling-specialist adjudicators. Gambling businesses are bound by our rulings, up to $10,000 or equivalent local currency.

Our team consider the arguments and evidence of both parties, the company’s terms and conditions, local laws and regulations and common sense principles to make fair and impartial decisions.
